Terms that make sense

By accessing or using UnifiedMarketplace (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

UnifiedMarketplace provides a multi-channel e-commerce management platform that enables sellers to connect and manage product catalogs, orders, inventory, and shipping across multiple marketplace platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify from a single dashboard.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties
• You may not create multiple accounts for the same business entity

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

When you connect marketplace accounts, you authorize UnifiedMarketplace to access your data through official marketplace APIs. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid API credentials for connected marketplaces
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with each marketplace's terms of service
• The accuracy of data synced between the Service and your marketplace accounts
• Any orders, pricing changes, or inventory updates made through the Service

The Service is offered through various pricing tiers. Free tier usage is subject to usage limits. Paid features require a valid payment method. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UnifiedMarketplace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the product catalogs, order data, or business information you store in the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnifiedMarketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from marketplace account suspensions, order fulfillment errors, or inventory discrepancies caused by third-party platform API delays or failures.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
