Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing cycle. Downgrade changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, net banking, all major credit and debit cards, and international payments. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Growth plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What happens when I hit my order limit on the Starter plan?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. Once reached, new orders can still be viewed but syncing pauses until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.
Do you offer refunds?
